What a great review! Sounds like a book that could help motivate some of us - and our TV-watchin', video game-playin' kids - off our duffs.

Jennifer, it is a great book. It is full of ideas and tips on trips that are kid-friendly. I was surprised at how possible some things seemed after reading the book (things I never would have dreamed of doing before!). The author also presents some very persuasive information on ways in which adventurous kids benefit later in life from these experiences.
